			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Il <strong>turismo</strong> cambia in continuazione e negli ultimi tempi si è assistito alla crescita delle accomodation fornite da privati le quali ormai rappresentano una valida e sempre più sfruttata alternativa ai classici hotel e bed and breakfast. Certo non è più il tempo degli affittacamere da trovare tramite passaparola ed è finita anche l’epoca delle case vacanza pubblicizzate tramite un piccolo sito internet amatoriale, oggi infatti si usano piattaforme internazionali specializzate in questo tipo di alloggi.</p>
<p>Sono ormai tanti i siti che si propongono come intermediari tra privati che offrono il proprio spazio e viaggiatori desiderosi di risparmiare e vivere un’esperienza più originale rispetto a quella che può offrire un albergo. <strong>Wimdu</strong> (<a href="http://www.wimdu.it">http://www.wimdu.it</a>) uno degli ultimi siti nati in questo mercato, ha scelto proprio di porre l’accento sull’unicità dell’esperienza di viaggio e ha come motto “<strong>Travel like a local</strong>”. Non si alloggia più in hotel dove le stanze sono uguali Pechino come a Londra, ma si cerca di gustare a pieno il proprio viaggio dormendo in <strong>case autentich</strong>e, normalmente usate dagli abitanti della città in cui si vive.</p>

Sempre Wimdu mette anche a disposizione un’assicurazione gratuita a chi offre la propria casa, per salvaguardare chi affitta ma anche per far passare delle vacanze tranquille a chi viaggia. Si dorme a casa estranei, ma con la sicurezza di un albergo.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Non c’è alcun dubbio: mettere troppe cose in valigia è in cima alla lista degli errori da evitare per chi è in partenza per le <strong><a href="http://www.expedia.it">vacanze</a></strong>. Di tutte le cose che il turista impara nel corso della sua vita di viaggiatore, viaggiare leggeri è senz’altro la più utile, dato che garantisce una notevole riduzione dei livelli di <strong>stress</strong> che caratterizzano il <strong>pre-partenza</strong>.</p>

Lasciate a casa gli asciugamani che tanto troverete in <strong><a href="http://www.expedia.it/hotel">albergo</a></strong> e, per il beauty, prodotti multiuso in confezioni dal contenuto inferiore a 100 ml (altrimenti vi saranno confiscati ai controlli di sicurezza) e alcuni medicinali di base. Fondamentale è la macchina fotografica per immortalare i momenti clou delle vacanze e l’iPod o un lettore musicale per farvi compagnia durante il viaggio.<br />
Ma quali sono i vantaggi di viaggiare leggeri? Innanzitutto, sarete sempre in grado di <strong>tenere d’occhio il vostro bagaglio</strong>, evitando di doverlo lasciare incustodito in stazioni, aeroporti, autobus e bagni pubblici: non solo starete più tranquilli senza dovervi preoccupare di perderlo, ma eviterete anche di lasciare le vostre valigie nelle mani di malintenzionati.</p>
<p>Inoltre, chi spesso prende <strong>voli low cost</strong> sa bene che le compagnie aeree continuano ad aumentare i supplementi per ogni bagaglio imbarcato e a ridurne i limiti di peso accettabili. Il risparmio di denaro e tempo è garantito: niente più file all’imbarco o al nastro trasportatore! Ricordare sempre e comunque di controllare che il bagaglio a mano sia delle <strong>dimensioni accettate dalle compagnie aeree</strong> (solitamente 55 x 40 x 25) e che possa essere inserito comodamente nel vano portabagagli per evitare di pagare ulteriori supplementi. Per chi ha in programma di soggiornare in hotel per le vacanze, non ci sarà più bisogno di pagare il fattorino per trasportare immense valigie, mentre i viaggiatori in continuo movimento potranno evitare di pagare il deposito bagagli presso stazioni ferroviarie e di autobus e non avranno bisogno di prendere taxi dai costi esorbitanti per raggiungere una destinazione vicina ed evitare di trasportare bagagli pesanti.</p>
<p>E meno peso equivale anche a <strong>maggiore flessibilità</strong>. Non avendo bagagli imbarcati, è più facile gestire ritardi dovuti ai mezzi di trasporto e connessioni mancate. È più semplice cambiare voli e non serve arrivare in aeroporto ore e ore prima della partenza. Lo stesso vale per treni, tram e autobus. Se non avete prenotato un <strong>hotel</strong> per le <strong>vacanze</strong> e avete deciso di sceglierne uno dopo essere arrivati a destinazione, potrete visitarne diversi senza preoccuparvi di dover trascinare le valigie per trovare quello più adatto a voi.<br />
Infine, un pensiero per l’ambiente. Viaggiare leggeri vi offre vantaggi a breve termine, ma il vero favore lo state facendo all’ambiente: meno cose da portare in vacanze equivale a meno prodotti non riciclabili e potenzialmente dannosi per l’ecosistema, un minor uso di veicoli o altri sistemi per spostare pesanti valigie, meno benzina necessaria per i mezzi di trasporto, quindi minori danni al nostro amato pianeta. Pensateci!</p>

<p><strong>Raccontaci questa idea del baratto</strong><br />
La pratica del “<strong>baratto</strong>” è molto diffusa tra varie  strutture iscritte al portale di Scivoletto, abbiamo aderito con  entusiasmo e abbiamo avuto ottimi riscontri, il  portale e le strutture  che aderiscono  sfruttano il baratto per alcuni giorni all’anno, noi  lo  pratichiamo tutto l &#8216; anno, ci ha dato modo di differenziarci primo e  in secondo luogo di entrare in contatto con esperti delle più svariate  attività con la quale siamo entrati in contatto e abbiamo barattato.  Molte volte è solo uno strumento di interazione perché incuriosisce  molto altre volte il baratto si conclude. Non abbiamo limiti sulla  formula di baratto ogni proposta sensata può essere fatta, tranne quando  si tenta di barattare la suocera o la cognata <img src='http://www.tourmarketing.it/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Che siamo social e molto c&#8217;è stato ripetuto più volte e ogni volta  rimango sbalordito per la <strong>sorpresa </strong>di chi ci segue ci conosce e  incontra. La passione personale e fondi limitati destinati alla  promozione mi hanno stimolato e convinto ad un approccio promozionale  social più che quello classico commerciale molto costoso per un azienda a  gestione famigliare e poco targettizato. Esserci fa la differenza ma  usarlo con <strong>intelligenza</strong>, <strong>dedizione costante</strong> e <strong>creatività </strong>e un deterrente  per far si che la social promozione porti i sui frutti.</p>
<p><strong> Un approccio cosi innovativo e social come nasce?</strong><br />
Tanto più si è in una realtà sconosciuta tanto più internet aiuta,  ormai domandare <strong>come ti promuovi ?</strong> A mio avviso non ha più senso, non  esser on line vuol dire non avere check In. Certo il passa parola genera  molto ma se non generi arrivi non generi nemmeno il passa parola se non  sei capaci di sfruttare off line l on line rimane uno strumento  comunque asettico e poco stimolante in termini di  conversioni/prenotazioni. Molti miei colleghi mi chiedono &#8221; <strong>ma tutto  questo social ti da prenotazioni?</strong>&#8221; nella domanda si può estrapolare la  scarsa propensione e conoscenza del motivo per cui si è social, non è  certo per avere più prenotazioni, da tutti i vari canali social che  usiamo se abbiamo ricevuto 4 prenotazione è già tanto. Molti sono  convinti che gestire una fan Page sia uguale ad avere incrementi  economici. Nulla di più sbagliato, genera <strong>interazione genera passaparola,</strong> genera uno sviluppo dell immagine del brand da cui ottenere utili  informazioni per implementare e affinare il nostro sevizio.</p>

Le visite al nostro sito provengono per il 70% da profili social  quali Facebook e Twitter cerchiamo di gestire tutto il nostro mondo social, credetemi è  tanto, da essere umani e non da azienda, quando i mie competitor  avranno capito questo bè dovremo ingegnarci per nuove strategie. Al  momento ci godiamo i nostri risultati con la speranza che questo lavoro e  impegno costante porti i suoi frutti, più che speranza ne siamo certi  voi che dite <img src='http://www.tourmarketing.it/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' />  ?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Avendo da tempo insistito sull&#8217;importanza di spingere il nome dell&#8217;hotel nei social network come Facebook e Twitter, oggi ci soffermeremo sugli<strong> strumenti di analisi</strong> (quantitativa e qualitativa) della nostra presenza in queste reti di comunicazione online.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft" title="Social Network per Hotel" src="http://blog.chosentime.com/wp-content/uploads/hotel-fb.jpg" alt="" width="279" height="172" />Nonostante al primo posto arrivi il <strong>Facebook Analytics</strong> di Zuckerberg<em></em><em><em></em></em>, è bene ricordare tutte le altre piattaforme social che internet può offrire. Nel settore turistico spesso non ci si più fermare a Facebook, basti pensare a tutte le app per iPhone o Android che fanno uso di reti social specifiche <strong>per le prenotazioni online, per i voli aerei e le offerte di viaggio.</strong></p>
<p>Arrivati a questo punto non resta che chiederci:</p>
<h1 style="float: none;">Quanto siamo Social?</h1>
<p><strong>Facebook Analytics</strong>: il tool più conosciuto e probabilmente il più usato per misurare le attività dei vostri fans. Si suddivide in due parti, la prima per analizzare l&#8217;utente medio che agisce nella vostra pagina, la seconda per qualificarne il suo comportamento (unlikes e likes, commenti ed altro).</p>
<p><a href="http://topsy.com/"><strong>Topsy</strong></a>: se al secondo (o primo?) posto cè Twitter, il suo strumento di analisi è Topsy, vi permetterà di analizzare quanti altri hanno condiviso/retweetato un tweet semplicemente inserendo una chiave di ricerca, che va ad interrogare le serp di Twitter.</p>
<p><a href="http://tweetstats.com/"><strong>TweetStat</strong></a>: più approfondito e ricco di Topsy, TweetStat è lo strumento  d&#8217;eccellenza per chi vuole scendere più a fondo nelle analisi dei tweet  del proprio canale. Parliamo sempre di tool gratuiti, qui ad esempio  basta inserire il nome del nostro account Twitter e vedere i risultati.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.twitteranalyzer.com/"><strong>TweetAnalyzer</strong></a>: altro strumento completo quasi quanto TweetStat è l&#8217;Analyzer gratuito che consente una visualizzazione in stile Google Analytics dei nostri tweet, semplicemente inserendo il nome dell&#8217;account.</p>
<p><a href="http://klout.com/"><strong>Klout</strong></a>: a mio parere il più utile degli strumenti di analisi di Tweeter per un hotel: Klout ci da non solo un punteggio di classifica che quindi possiamo tenere sotto controllo nel tempo, ma anche un quadro completo e piuttosto intuitivo di tutte le sfere sociali toccate da Tweeter: possiamo capire ad esempio quanto ci siamo impegnati nella parte creativa del nostro canale, oppure quanto contenuto è stato condiviso del totale pubblicato. Sicuramente utile giorno dopo giorno.</p>
<p><a href="http://bit.ly/"><strong>Bit.ly</strong></a>: uno strumento che &#8211; nella versione free &#8211; consente di ottenere  il link shorten (abbreviato) di un nostro input e, registrandosi  gratuitamente, l&#8217;analisi di questo link, visualizzando i click e il  comportamento delle visite (come un Google Analytics ma decisamente più  limitato =))</p>
<p><strong>Youtube Insight</strong>: quasi identico a quello di Facebook, l&#8217;insight di Youtube ragiona sulle stesse metriche di preferenza del primo, tuttavia applicando gli algoritmi qualitativi a parametri ben diversi, come possiamo immaginare. Un video che può avere tag, posizione geografica e tanto altro, si posiziona in maniera diversa, basti pensare al pubblico a cui è sottoposto.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.cocomment.com/"><strong>coComment</strong></a>: ottimo tool per tenere sotto controllo i commenti su un determinato link o sito web.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.backtype.com/"><strong>Backtype</strong></a>: sei più impegnato su Facebook o Twitter? Questo mese hai pubblicato materiale su Digg? Di più o meno del mese scorso? Risponde Backtype.</p>
<p>Vogliamo concludere con la ciliegina sulla torta? <a href="http://hootsuite.com/"><strong>HootSuite</strong></a>! Ci permette di <strong>aggiornare contemporaneamente più profili social</strong> ed <strong>analizzarli </strong>dalla stessa piattaforma. Tutto da provare.</p>

<blockquote><p>Nel 2010 i viaggi con pernottamento effettuati dai residenti in italia sono stati 99 milioni e 997 mila, per un totale di 626 milioni e 947 mila notti. Rispetto al 2009 c&#8217;è forte diminuzione del numero di viaggi (-12,4%) e del numero di pernottamenti (-7,8%). In particolare, i viaggi di vacanza, che pesano per l&#8217;87,4% sul totale, mostrano una flessione (-11,4%) dovuta alla consistente diminuzione delle vacanze brevi (-18,7%), confermando la dinamica già segnalata nel 2009. Tale effetto si manifesta con maggiore intensità nel 2010, registrando anche un decremento nel numero di pernottamenti per vacanza breve (-18%), sovrapponibile a quello delle stesse vacanze. I soggiorni di vacanza lunga (di almeno 4 notti) e i pernottamenti per vacanza lunga, invece, si mantengono sostanzialmente stabili.</p>
<p>Un altro segnale della forte stretta sui beni &#8220;non di prima necessità&#8221; arriva dai dati sui viaggi per motivi di lavoro,  che costituiscono  il 12,6% del totale, ma subiscono una diminuzione anche superiore rispetto alle vacanze di piacere (-18,4%), accompagnata dal calo del relativo numero di pernottamenti (-29%). Altro dato, in qualche modo complementare al calo delle vacanze brevi: scende la media italiani in vacanza in un trimestre su totale della popolazione: dal 28 per cento al 27. Fenomeno in calo soprattutto al Centro: nel 2010 quasi un abitante di Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo e Molise su 3 (32 per cento) andava in vacanza una volta in un singolo trimestre, ora siamo al 30,4 per cento.</p></blockquote>

<p>Ok, ora guardiamo l&#8217;analisi delle mete:</p>
<blockquote><p>Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Lombardia, Toscana e Veneto sono sempre le regioni più visitate dagli italiani nel loro insieme, raccolgono oltre la metà degli spostamenti, l&#8217;Emilia supera il 10 per cento. Sono le mete più frequentate sia per svago che per lavoro, anche se d&#8217;estate lasciano spazio a regioni a vocazione balneare, come Calabria, Puglia, Sicilia e Sardegna, che non a caso sono le leader del periodo estivo e comandano anche la classifica tra le regioni preferite per le vacanze lunghe. Nello stesso periodo, l&#8217;Emilia Romagna mantiene prevedibilmente la leadership tra le regioni centrosettentrionali, precedendo Toscana e Trentino Alto Adige.</p>
<p>Tra chi sceglie l&#8217;estero, l&#8217;80 per cento opta per una destinazione europea. Quota che scende al 72,9 per cento limitando l&#8217;analisi alle vacanze lunghe, di oltre 4 notti. Per la prima volta, la Francia non è più la nazione estera più visitata dagli italiani: cede infatti il posto alla Spagna, che attira il 15,1 per cento delle preferenze contro il 14,1 del Paese di Parigi e champagne. Seguono Regno Unito (7,8 per cento), Croazia e Germania. Nella classifica delle destinazioni preferite per soli viaggi di piacere, la Spagna precede ancora la Francia (15,6 per cento) contro 14,3, mentre la Croazia scavalca il Regno Unito. Fuori Europa nel 2010 l&#8217;Egitto è stata la meta più battuta (5,2 per cento dei viaggi all&#8217;estero), davanti al Magreb (Tunisia, Marocco e Algeria).</p></blockquote>
